Yipp lets you record your cat's sounds and receive AI-generated interpretations of what they might be feeling or "saying". Every interpretation is created by an artificial intelligence model based on patterns in the audio you upload.
The app is built for fun and bonding with your pet. That's the whole point.
Yipp interpretations are AI-generated for entertainment purposes only and are not a scientific or veterinary translation of animal communication.
The app does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional behavioral advice of any kind. If your pet seems unwell, is behaving unusually, or you have any concern about their health, please consult a veterinarian. Never delay or skip professional care because of something the app told you.
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the app.
You can use Yipp without paying anything. The free tier includes 3 cat-sound translations per day. The app shows how many you have left, and the count resets the next day. Some commands and features are Premium only.
Yipp offers an optional auto-renewing subscription in three plans: weekly, monthly, and yearly. All purchases are made through the App Store and billed to your Apple ID. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details — Apple handles the whole transaction.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm the purchase, and may change if Apple updates App Store pricing in your region.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (week, month, or year) unless you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings — open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or use the App Store's subscription management. We can't cancel an Apple subscription for you from inside the app.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple — see our Refund Policy.

The Yipp app — its design, code, branding, and content — belongs to us. You keep ownership of the audio, photos, and videos you upload about your pets.
However, by uploading content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store it for the sole purpose of operating and improving the service (for example, generating your interpretation). We don't sell your content or use it to advertise to others.
Yipp is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of interpretations. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and interpretations will not always be consistent or "correct" (they're for fun, remember).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including decisions you make about your pet's health or care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app or its content, including for support requests.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country give you rights that these terms don't affect, those rights still apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
